HOSPICE STORIES
Hospice & Community Care strives to provide the best care to every patient every day. As such, patient stories are the story of Hospice. And you tell that story best.
As a family member of a patient or former patient, would you share a small moment of happiness you experienced with your loved one during their time with us? Was it a kind word from a Hospice Aide when the weight of the disease was overwhelming? Was it a family dinner around the table laughing over family memories? Was your moment of happiness talking with your loved one on the patio and feeling the sunshine on your skin? Or was it the sense of relief upon arriving at the Hospice House after rounds of hospitalizations and doctors.
Over the years we have served thousands of patients and their families – some for a few hours and others for months. Would you be willing to share your Hospice story so that we may share it with others? Your story does not have to be profound. Please share one moment of happiness that you or your loved one experienced while under our care.
Stories may be submitted through the submission form, or mail them to us at:
