Join us for a stunning evening of celebration and remembrance. 

On Thursday, December 7, Hospice & Community Care will host our annual memorial tribute and luminary event. Luminaries in memory of our patients will light our campus during this special celebration of life.   

For $10, you can sponsor a luminary that will shine in memory or honor of your loved one. For every contribution, your loved one’s name will be included in our event program, and a personalized luminary bag will be placed in our memorial garden.  Your contributions enable us to provide our community with compassionate, comprehensive end-of-life care and grief support when it is needed most. 

Your gift and honoree names must be received by December 5 to be included in our event program.
