Description: This weekly grief support program provides a caring space for adults who are navigating the experience of grief and loss. Through discussion, guided activities, and reflection, participants will explore their grief, learn healthy coping skills, and find support and connection in a community of others who understand. Participants are encouraged to attend each session and share as they are comfortable.

Facilitator Sarah Titman is a compassionate and experienced social work instructor at Winthrop University who specializes in grief and loss. She has over 10 years of experience as a hospice bereavement counselor.

Dates: Wednesdays, February 12th through March 19th
