Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overreact or be overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. While mindfulness is innate, it can be cultivated through proven techniques.
Utilizing the practice of mindfulness can be one of the tools that individuals find helpful as they navigate their life.
Mindfulness classes are offered free of charge. Classes are open to anyone in the community and appropriate for beginners and regular practitioners.
